Filtering
Popups with FilterGate
With the new 'SMART
bypassing' feature FilterGate allows a clicked-link
window to appear, recognizing it as a legitimate
popup window. This is useful for internet banking
and submission
sites.
However, there are rare times when you may want
a popup to activate.
When this is the case you can:
1.
Press the
[Ctrl] key to allows a single popup window
to activate.
OR
2.
Left Click (once) the Green
FilterGate icon
in the
system tray (located at the bottom right of your
screen). This will de-activate the popup filter.
The icon will change to red when de-activated. Don't
forget to click it on again
when finished.
OR
3.
Add the Title
of the desired popup to your Exceptions
list.
