In consideration for the payment of subscription
fee, we provide you with an internet filtering service.
Responsibility
As the person creating the FilterGate subscription
you take full responsibility for all users created
under your subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure that
everyone you grant access to will understand and comply with these
terms.
What you can do
Use the software according to its intended use.
What you cannot do
Advertise or promote the service using unsolicited
bulk commercial email.
In any way rely on the service in such a way that
failures or delays in the service will cause you or any other person
damage, hardship or financial loss.
Breach
You accept that if you breach these terms, we may
terminate your subscription without refund or any recompense.
