If there has been fraud.

If someone has signed up to FilterGate using your credit card without your knowledge, we will refund the full charge. Fill in the form below to request a refund.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason.


If within 21 days of purchase you decide that you are not happy with the product we offer a 100% money back guarantee .

The refund process.

  1. Fill in the form below. Please provide as much detail as possible.
  2. We acknowledge your request and perhaps ask for further information to verify subscription ownership.
  3. We verify the supplied details and initiate the refund request with the card processor.
  4. The refund will then be issued to your card.
